A spacious (180 m2) and fresh villa (built in 2008) with an unobstructed view of the Veerse Meer from the first floor. It stands in the Reigerlaan behind the row of houses adjacent to the Veerse Meer. This house is located on 660m2 of land with parking space for three cars and a play area for the children in the garden. The house is ideal for a large group or two families. It consists of four bedrooms and possibly a fifth with a sofa bed. On the ground floor, adjacent to the garden with covered terrace, is the kitchen diner with dishwasher, electric oven, 6-burner gas stove, microwave and fridge / freezer. You will also find two bedrooms, an extra room with sofa bed and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a toilet and a double sink, one with a bathtub and both have a rain shower. In the utility room are the washing machine and dryer. On the first floor is a large living room with oak wooden floor, a wood stove and a sliding door to a large sunny terrace.
The house is not suitable for a group of young people under 26 years old.
